Do you want to work on your car but don’t have any space to do so, or you don’t want to pay hundreds of € per month for a small workshop that you might only use once a month?
Im offering my personal barn as a space for you to work on your car, be it a simple oil change or some more advanced things as a changing a clutch, pulling an engine or whatever comes into your mind.
PROPERTY:
The barn is located in Offenbach-Hundheim and can be rented on fridays starting at 16:00 or on the weekends (im pretty flexible on weekends) . I do have tools there that could be lended out, but as i cant guarantee to have everything you might need, its best to coordinate with me upfront, or bring your own tools just to be safe.
The barn offers electricity, a high voltage plug (for a welding machine), running water, a large pit and an air compressor for airtools as well as a small sand blasting cabin and some other things.
The room you see on the picture is roughly 3,5 meters (11.4 feet) wide and 7-8 meters long (24.6 feet), as well as around 3,2 meters high (10.4 feet) plenty of space, even for large SUVs and transporters.
PRICE:
The space can be rented for an hourly price of 10€, the minimum time amount to rent the barn is 2 hours.
There will be a deposit of 50€ given to me before the work starts, and it will be given back after the work is finished.
If my help is needed to perform certain jobs i am willing to help out too.

My name is Rouven, I am a car enthusiast from Germany and in my mid 20s. It took me ages to find and buy a small workshop to work on my cars and i do know it can be tricky to find something, so i thought id make my space available for people who aren’t as lucky in finding a space and make possible new connections in the car community.
