Looking to buy -house in K-town/Ramstein area

Hello ,

we are american family looking to buy a house for a family of 4 in K-town or Ramstein area.

Planning to relocate in the near future or to wait up to 2 years for the transaction if we will find the suitable house for us. We are affiliate with the Army.

We are financial secure and also able to pay for the house in dollars. We have a preapproved german bank loan as well.

We hope to find an american family PCS-ing and willing to pass their house with minimum 3 bedrooms and garage on us. Preferably the house to be build after 2005.

Any recommendation which lead to purchase will be compensated.
