Short walk to a dozen restaurants, bars and 3 grocery stores. 1/2 block from market square, center of town. Apartment unfinished, and needs painting, new floor covering. Oil room heater works great. Tub with sitting shower, (no stand-up shower surround). No on site parking. Nearby street and city center parking lots. Will give preference to pensioner or those staying for longest term. This will go fast, so write soon. Pet will double deposit. Non smoker only. Landlord will inspect at random intervals, (occupant must waive German statutory prior notice). 3 night limit for guests, added expense (40 Euro per night) for additional days after that. Must have verifiable regular income. Rental bandits will be evicted promptly. Electric & Water paid directly to city, so bank account is necessary. Valid visa, SOFA, EU Citizen, or refugee status letter. References helpful.
