We are a small, owner-run team in Kaiserslautern with fourteen furnished apartments around town, and this is exactly what they are for.
– Move in with a suitcase: furniture, a full kitchen with everything in it, a washer, linens and towels, fast WiFi and all utilities.
– A car at no extra cost, and a second one if you both need to drive.
– A few nights, a few weeks or a few months. There is no minimum stay, and longer stays cost less per night.
– Kids and pets welcome: crib, high chair, car seats and toys on request; pets in 13 of our 14 apartments.
– Your dates change? Just tell us, there is no change fee.
– Regular cleaning included, and when you leave, you just leave.
– Boxes with nowhere to go? Our one-bedroom in the quiet villa district above the old town has its own garage and a carport. And if you need to store a few things for a while, just ask – we'll find a way.
Not on orders? Absolutely fine, we are happy to make special offers for private stays too. On orders, our rates stay within what your orders cover. Tell us your dates and who is coming, and you get the complete price in writing the same day.
